“It doesn’t impress me much to see real hunting trophies on someone’s wall, but I would sure get a kick out of seeing one of YOUR hand-made animal heads! :)”

How to Get a Head Without Hunting
Bighorn Ram Head Sculpture
New!Your friends and family will agree that this bighorn ram head sculpture is a refreshing alternative to the real thing.

Our artist Merikay builds the bighorn’s large spiraling horns using a multi-step process that she developed herself. They look quite real. She also casts, paints, and glazes the eyes by hand.

This exclusive design includes a hanger on the back for easy hanging on a home, office, or cabin wall.

About Bighorn Sheep
Bighorns live in high places of western North America. The males’ spectacular horns are used in battle during mating season. The sound of head-to-head impacts of large males can carry for miles. Their name “ram” also means “to crash into something at high speed”.

Q: Why did the ram run off the cliff?
A: ’Cause he didn’t see the ewe turn!
Dall Sheep Head Sculpture
Resembling the popular image of the zodiac Aries, our Dall sheep can be your personal totem or simply a wonderful complement to your decor.

Synthetic fur forms the coat of this Dall sheep sculpture. Our artist Merikay builds an original lightweight mixed media base, makes the realistic horns, and paints and glazes the expressive large brown eyes.
