“I saw your Dragon making this morning on Carol Duvall and it is the most wonderful Craft I’ve seen in a long time. The way you give the dragons personality, they are so awesome.”

How to Get a Head Without Hunting
Each of the hoard dragons below is an original. At the time this is written, only
the top (most recent) one is available.
The others have been sold, but our artists Merikay can make one quite similar to
any of them.
The bejeweled "hoards" are made up of a wide variety of broken jewelry,
beads, faux gems, buttons and trinkets, embedded permanently in dark mortar that has
been sealed with epoxy resin. If you have any items you would like to be included
in the hoard of your dragon, let us know.
Our
blue velvet hoard dragon is built
over a paper-maché base sculpture, covered with fabric scales and details.
The eyes are light blue acrylic “gems” that seem to glow in the
right light.
The solid base is hand-made, then encrusted with the dragon’s hoarded
treasure.
This dragon is available for immediate adoption.
This
white hoard dragon’s treasures include many special items provided
by the delightful lady who custom-ordered him.
Before the project was started, several e-mails clarified details like the
inclusion of some feathers. Our artist Merikay also created the enormous
faux pearl he holds, and developed a technique to make the hoard seem to
be encrusted with quartz crystals.
This dragon now resides in Calgary. His owner has named him “Drupka”.
This
fanciful red hoard dragon sculpture was featured on the
Carol Duvall TV show.
His hoard is larger than that of his younger sibling above, but his wings are a bit smaller.
His eyes are oval acrylic “gems” that can glow if the lighting is just right.
This dragon now resides in the UK. His owner has named him “Young Prince Eric”,
and says that he’s guarding his hoard and home with great dedication.
This
blue iridescent hoard dragon sculpture was
ordered by a lady in Pennsylvania for her mother, who collects dragons. The dragon has
been named Lilith. We’ve heard that that she has become the
“Queen of the collection”.
When you order a hoard dragon sculpture, our artist Merikay will call or email to help you
choose its color and character. Please allow up to four weeks for completion,
since each of our dragons is handmade.
This
dragon had not yet let his people know his name when last
seen at the art show where he chose them. They promised he would have a prime place on
the mantel in their family room.
So I’ll call this one my name unknown hoard dragon sculpture.
