- Visa, Master Card, or American Express orders on-line: this is the
easiest way to order Merikay’s animal creations. Just click on any
“Add to Cart” or “Add to Card and Check Out”
link on our animal pages. After you click Add to Cart, all of our pages
will then include “View Shopping Cart” and “Check Out” links.
When you go to check out,
just fill out a simple form with your address and credit card information. Our software
will estimate the shipping charges for a single animal shipped within the USA.
- Visa,
Master Card, or American Express orders by phone: we will either estimate
shipping charges and your total payment on the phone, or at your option, get back to you by
phone or E-mail with the exact shipping and total costs.
- Visa, Master Card, or American Express orders by our
contact page, FAX or
Mail: at your option, we will phone, FAX, or E-mail you with shipping charges and your total
payment, and then wait for your confirmation before shipping. Or, include a “shipping not to
exceed” amount in your FAX, letter, or purchase order, and we’ll just ship it if shipping doesn’t
exceed that figure.
- Money Order or Personal Check by Mail: money orders are faster, because
we will not ship until a personal check clears. Check clearance will add up to 7 days for
checks drawn on US banks, and up to 21 days for foreign banks.
- Our contact page
is secure, so you can safely use it to send us an order, including your credit card information.
Please don’t send us such an order by regular E-mail!
- Sales tax will be charged for ship-to addresses in California.

Shipping
In the continental US, our standard shipping method is currently
FedEx Ground. Cost will range from about $8 to send a Mouse to Milpitas CA,
to about $85 to send a Classic Moose to Maine. Shipping time will range from 2 days to
7 days, for the same two cases. The list above includes FedEx Ground estimates
for many animals.
Of course, if you need to have an animal somewhere for a deadline, we’ll ship
via faster FedEx or UPS methods.
For shipment beyond the US and Canada, we have found that the US Post Office’s
Global Express Mail works well to many locations, featuring tracking, insurance,
and 3- to 5-day delivery for reasonable cost. If you prefer another carrier,
please tell us. Any customs fees or duties that we have to pay for,
will add to your total cost. We will do our best to determine such things in
advance, and notify you of your total cost before shipping.
